How in the world could someone love like Jesus?
I know I struggle with that phrase like-everday!
You would have to be judge - Free! Could you?
I know it would be hard and I wish I could.
I want to love unconditionally, but that is virtually impossible.
How could you? If someone hurt your loved ones, could you love anyway?

"My Family - Midway Baptist Church Family"

This is some of my church family. And we love each other. We pray for each other. We lookout for one another. There is nothing I wouldn't do for them. They all love me and I love them. And that is what families do...they take care and love each other. Thank you God for each one of them!!!!

You see the photo above? It is of a "Wolf Spider". I call him/her "Spidey". My niece Amanda called me on Tuesday, August 23rd to tell me to come by her house and that she had a present for me. Well she had just returned from Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee so naturally I thought she was bringing me a gift from her trip. Well she came out with the biggest spider I think I have ever seen, added of course it was in a jar (thank goodness). I kept it in the jar for about 4 days and then after taking these and many other photos I decided to let it go...and no, not kill it!!! I do have mercy sometimes!!! But what a gift huh?? Thanks Amanda.

God must have known someday I would be in dire straits...so he blessed me with a son that we blessed with the name of Kasey Joe Dewey. He was sent to this world to take care of his Momma - I am sure of that. He looks after me and loves me when I don't deserve love. He goes out of his way to take care of me. Not only does he do it for me, but he is a helper of people. He does whatever God has him to do. He takes care of anyone in need. He does God's will for his life. He is definitely an angel sent from above!!!

God should be the most important thing in one's life, but other than that...nothing should be more important or more special than one another's family. You should always be able to count on family. I tell my kids to love each other because one day that is all you will have...each other. My nieces and nephews are important to me, and I hope one day we will all be in heaven together, loving one another. My love for them is stong and I don't love one more than the other...all are special in their own unique way. Thank God for my family.

"Ajum"

Anybody who knows me....knows Adam. Now, they might not know him personally, but they know who I am speaking of. He is my nephew. And he is my baby. I love this little man. He is almost 3 years old. He is my sunshine during the storm. I have 5 nephews. I love them all. But my Ajum is special. I never thought I would have this little nephew, but I got him just in time. He loves choo-choo trains. He loves Barney. He loves Dora. He loves "kack" 0r cake. He loves Blue - Blues Clues. He loves ice cream. He loves snacks. He loves "Korn" - aka "me" Karen. And God knows I love him too!!! My Ajum!!!

We want to be "Our Own Power Source"

I know this looks strange but you know God gives me the words to pen sometimes out of photos. I was just thinking about how my Pastor spoke one time of "us" trying to solve our own problems instead of laying it in God's hands. When I took this photo I thought of how many times I have tried to solve my own problems. I can't solve a thing though. I need to let God do what I can't do. I am crazy sometimes thinking I can work miracles...who am I??? I can't do anything without God. Who is my power source??? Who else??? GOD!!!
